Comprehensive Evaluation
Private Pay Rate: $120/hour
A comprehensive evaluation will take place and consisting of parent interview, observations, standardized testing and questionnaires. During this process, we will assess the foundational skills that are required to complete functional tasks/activities that are meaningful and purposeful to the child and his/her family. The results of this process will determine if and how these skills could be addressed with occupational therapy. Evaluations may take place in the client’s home or at an agreed upon third party location.
Individualized Treatment Sessions
Private Pay Rate: $80/hour
The comprehensive evaluation will be used to establish a plan of care with child and family centered goals. This plan of care will guide OT treatment sessions moving forward. Individualized treatment sessions are 50 minutes long with an additional 10 minutes reserved at the end of parent consultation and collaboration. The duration of the plan of care and individualized treatment sessions will be determined based on progress and collaboration with caregivers and parents. Treatment sessions may take place in the client’s home or at an agreed upon third party location.
Seasonal Play Groups
$100 for a 6 week session including 1 hour group per week
We believe kids learn best through play! The goal of these groups is to create a sensory rich environment with opportunities for play, exploration, and socialization with similarly aged peers. Our play group themes change with each season. Play groups are led by a board certified and licensed occupational therapist and open to kids of all ability levels. Parents are expected to stay and participate in the play groups encouraging cary over of skills to the home environment.

Play With Me Therapy, LLC accepts all major credit cards, HSA cards, cash and checks. Currently we are credentialed providers with the following health insurance plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (Traditional, PPO Trust, and Medicare Plus Blue PPO)
- Blue Cross Complete of Michigan (Michigan Medicaid)
- Aetna Better Health of Michigan (Michigan Medicaid)
- Priority Health
- Medicare
We are in the process of credentialing with additional national and local insurance agencies so stay tuned! If we are unable to directly bill insurance on your behalf, we can provide you with an invoice with the necessary information you may need to file a self claim with your insurance.
